  • Understand and meet client requirements for manpower deployment.

  • Supervise and manage seaport operations, ensuring manpower deployment aligns with client needs.

  • Handle contingencies and arrange replacements for no-shows, maintaining a focus on safety procedures.

  • Maintain records, generate performance reports, and monitor time and attendance for efficient payroll processing.
    Enforce discipline, safety procedures, and quality standards among staff, conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks in line with company policies.

Skill Sets Requiredicon

  • Manpower related working knowledge.

  • Knowledge of general cargo and related rules and regulations

  • Excellent Communication skills (Oral and Written)

  • Language: English and South Asian language

  • Basic computer skills and operating knowledge of MS Word & Excel

Qualificationsicon

  • ITI or Diploma in any related domain

  • 5-8 Years of manpower industry experience

  • 3 years of Supervisory experience specific to dealing with Contract Labours
