Dulsco Ras Al Khaimah
Ras Al Khaimah has seen phenomenal economic growth over the past few years. With real-estate and diverse MNC’s setting up operations in RAK the need for manpower and other services has also risen. Dulsco's new RAK office will serve these new companies in the areas of recruitment, manpower, stevedoring, & Waste Management Services. The physical presence of Dulsco here will go a long way in serving the enormous range of companies setting up operations in the emirate.
Since the commencement of our services in this Emirate, we have provided manpower and recruitment services to many different industries here. To date we have provided blue-collar employees for companies such as Etisalat, RAK Cements, Al Roya Wood Works, Max Rock, Select Glass Industries and others. Due to the high demand for skilled workers, we have begun providing welders, fitters, electricians, carpenters, steel fixers, masons, fabricators, drivers and heavy equipment operators to companies such as Gulf Star, JBF RAK, Young Hwa, Guardian, Anvam etc. Other companies we are targeting in the emirate are the four big cement factories - Gulf Cement, RAK White Cement, Union Cement and RAK Cement; and the RAK Ceramics Group and its associate companies manufacturing cement, float glass sheet, glass and tableware, consumable hygienic products, steel, vehicle assembly (Ashok Leyland) etc. In addition, the RAK Free Zone has attracted over 2500 new companies, with the RAKIA (Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority) listing more than 1000 companies as having already started construction. RAK Free Zone has approved Dulsco for the recruitment of their white collar employees.
RAK has three ports, Saqr Port; RAK Khour Port, which handles both large and small ships; and Al Jazeera Port handling marine engineering and ship repairs. Saqr Port is being developed to enable large container ships to berth there, and has approved Dulsco for their stevedoring operation - indeed a huge step ahead for us. KGL International, which will be operating the container terminal in the port, has also appointed Dulsco to recruit employees for them.
RAK airport is also set to expand in a big way and the work is in progress. Dulsco has started recruitment of personnel for the airport. Many companies in RAK prefer to quickly fulfill their personnel requirements through outsourcing. Dulsco can provide appropriate manpower solutions in such situations.
With many five star hotels expected to open, tourism to RAK is set to grow, meaning more work for Dulsco's different business portfolios. Dulsco Medical Clinic aims to provide medical services for ships' crew coming into RAK port. Dulsco also plans to approach the authorities to obtain a trade license to provide waste management services to companies in RAK. We are also in the process of procuring land for purchase/lease to construct accommodation facilities and to rent out to other companies for additional revenue.
Upcoming projects in RAK include RAK Media City, RAK Film City, and RAK Financial City, all of which open up more opportunities for Dulsco to prove its worth in RAK.
