Dulsco Properties


Dulsco Properties Services was established in 2002 with the expansion of the real estate market in Dubai. Our market segmentation outlined is within employee accommodation, warehousing & industrial plots. We have emerged to provide benchmarks to the target segment we operate in; the most ambitious project being Dulsco Village.

The village has become a reality thanks to the Government of Dubai's allotment of a handsome plot of land in Al Quoz, Dubai. The phase one has 400 rooms with the capacity to house over 4000 people and facilities include a fully equipped gymnasium, indoor sports/events complex, football/hockey ground, a recreation hall, net practice area for cricket and adequate parking. This fittingly demonstrates how a good company takes care of its employees. We are in the design stages of the phase 2 of this outstanding project.

We also have quality employee accommodations in Sonapur, with facilities that jell well with our standards; we always strive for continuous improvements to existing par.

After the successful launch of Dulsco Village at Dubai, we have moved on to replicate similar lines along other Emirates where our branches are located; Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah. We have leased accommodation locations at these Emirates, at which we provide quality facilities wherever possible and also receive great support from respective governmental departments and landlords alike. However, we plan to acquire plots to build and house our own employees. This would provide us with the satisfaction and confidence on consistent quality, health and hygiene initiatives throughout our locations at different Emirates.

We have locations at Jadaf, Jafza, Al Quoz and Sajja (Sharjah) which are utilized by several of our technical functions. We are working on a logistics and distribution centre and plan to acquire plot of about 250,000 square feet soon.
