Facilities and Asset Management
Dulsco now offers quality facilities and asset management services to companies, communities and organizations in the UAE. The division is gearing up to offer the following services – security services, cleaning and maintenance and asset management.

Security services from Dulsco have been developed over the years offering quality service and reliability. Officers are trained in basic fire fighting and first aid functions. Services are presently being offered to office blocks, employee accommodation, living communities, warehouses, etc. In addition the division also provides security at event venues.

General cleaning and maintenance services are being provided at living communities, employee accommodation, warehouses, and commercial blocks. Specialized tank cleaning on ships and oil spill response is provided by the marine and tanker division who specialize in these services.

As asset managers, we offer a comprehensive service, which includes best financial returns for your property investment, tenant management, lease administration, marketing, rent collection & banking, property insurance, legal guidance, handover and inspection, management of warranties & preventive maintenance, asset inventory, leasing & project management.
