Engineering and Maintenance


Dulsco’s Engineering and Maintenance division looks after the company’s vast inventory of office premises, employee accommodation camps and warehouses, as well as the residential and commercial projects of other organizations.

It is located in Al Quoz and manned by a skilled, dedicated work force that include carpenters, painters, electrical engineers, electricians, plumbers and other trades.

The divisions’ services are as follows:

Joinery – Wooden and MDF (Medium Density Fibre) Panels
With 20 years of joinery expertise, it looks after all types of wood and MDF work: doors, kitchen cupboards, wardrobes, pantries, vanity counters, wooden pergolas, customized household and office furniture.
 
Interior Design
The Interior Design team provides innovative solutions in interiors. The specialized production line covers a variety of interior finishes like veneer, laminate, melamine, special paint, etc. The in-house design team works professionally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Shop-Fitting
The shop-fitting team works as a turnkey solution provider, offering comprehensive service from initial consultancy and planning through design and presentation, project management and product manufacture to execution and final installation.

Gypsum Partition and Ceiling
The talented team for gypsum work is capable of creating perfect partition and ceiling solutions for villas, buildings and offices.
