“Our goal is the well being of our community” explains Jeevan J. D’Mello, Director of EMAAR Community Management, a division of EMAAR Properties PJSC. Aligning its goals with the EMAAR group to provide a premier lifestyle to its residents, the division provides facilities and community management services to its homeowners. It will soon extend its services to the commercial enterprises or retail shops within the residential premises.
 
Dulsco has been a partner in this endeavour with EMAAR for the past five years. Scheduled trips are provided thrice a week to its horizontal sectors (or villas), while waste is collected as per the pre-determined schedules from its verticals (or towers). Dulsco covers various locations within EMAAR Properties such as Emirates Living, The Arabian Ranches, Dubai Marina, Downtown Burj Dubai to name a few. Dulsco also provides hazardous and non-hazardous waste management services to EMAAR’s sewage treatment plant.
  
With the recent environmental awareness drive spreading across the UAE region, Jeevan J. D’Mello urged Dulsco to further extend its services in educating the masses on the importance of environmental protection. “I have seen some homeowners disposing of bulk waste in front of their residences” remarked D’Mello, explaining how essential it is to drive the importance of cleanliness down to the very grassroot level. “I look forward to Dulsco partnering with us and together we could work towards achieving this excellence in environmental management.”

On being asked whether there are any future plans of engaging Dulsco for other services, Jeevan J. D’Mello explains “Given the current economic scenario, I feel that contract staffing will thrive as compared to long term employment. Dulsco is in a favourable position to take advantage of this trend. Employers are more comfortable filling in temporary positions rather than providing long term employment given the uncertain future.” he concludes.
